"They deserve a 0 rating. I have no idea how they managed to get a 4.6 rating—it is absolutely absurd. They show a lot of enthusiasm when you first approach them, but once the deal is finalized and the money is transferred, their attitude completely changes. They do not respond to our queries or take any action when we face issues. Our fraudulent landlord did not return our security deposit, and we repeatedly requested Bivocal’s help to deal with the situation. They turned a blind eye to the issue. Although they promised multiple times that they would resolve it, those promises were meaningless. We also asked them to provide a rental agreement signed by the landlord. What is even more shocking is that they told us the person handling our file had quit the job and that all the documents had disappeared with him. This company is completely unprofessional and unreliable. I will never recommend them to any of my colleagues. I have already informed many people in my company about the irresponsible attitude and behaviour of their staff. Businesses like this should not exist, and they do not deserve to have clients."

"It was extremely disappointing shifting experience so far. During flat hunting, the team and owner repeatedly gave different versions of information. After the deal was finalized, their attitude and behavior changed drastically specially Pankaj, Anjali. Amir, Pooja. At every stage, there were serious issues due to poor communication and lack of coordination. I highlighted more than 20 problems, but each time they ignored them or gave false assurances without any resolution. The owner of the company was least bothered to even hear the issues. Movers and packers who were their ppl who was abusive in behaviour. They fake professionalism but deliver no service quality. The staff appeared completely untrained and incompetent. Overall, this was a mentally exhausting and highly unprofessional experience. I strongly advise others to stay away from this company."

"0 star as they havnt inspected properly or they made a deal with tenants. My expensive gas stove ruined, ply being burnt torn with cigrette, liquor bottle left everywhere. I have already spent 20k in repairs and still lot of work left. Earlier I was taking square yard services and they were very good with quarterly inspection reports documenting each and every thing. These guys need push for even inspection and providing reports. Will not recommend them, check pictures"

Once you pay them , then it doesn’t matter for them that your requirements are fulfilled or not , things they have promised are provided to you or not. Even they will start ignoring your calls. They don’t even know about properties which they show you for rent or sale."
